About Me

Rebecca Leslie
I am currently a student at the University Of The West Of England, studying fashion (final year). Fashion is a great influence on me and studying the subject at a higher level is a rewarding experience. For the last two years I have chosen to study fashion photography, my personal body of work has been based around the concept of masculinity, what it means to me, others and how I can visually portray the ideas I research. Two main influences within my work are photographers Paul.M.Smith and David La Chapelle, their work has encouraged me to push my skills on Photoshop further to produce heavily manipulated imagery. I work creatively to illustrate the themes within personal projects and throughout my education I have gained excellent experience in both studio and on location photography and am confident within computer programmes such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
